Do you have my date available?

Contact us to find out our available dates!  Dates go extremely fast and we are first come first serve on our dates.

How can I book my date?

How can I pay my deposit?

You can pay via Venmo or via a link that we send to you.  We accept Bank transfer, Credit Card, Paypal and Venmo

How long will I have the barn for?

You will have the entire barn reserved from 9AM - 11 PM (Friday & Saturday, 10 PM on weekdays)

Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony sites?

Yes!  We have 3 gorgeous climate controlled indoor ceremony sites and 1 outdoor! 

Can I bring my own beer and wine?

Absolutely!  This is a perk and will save you thousands on alcohol, we just ask that you provide a licensed bartender

What rentals do you include?

We have a long long list of available rentals that are included at no charge. Come check out our inventory page to see photos of everything we offer and reserve your rentals. 

Is there parking on site?

Absolutely!  We offer a large parking lot directly across the street from the barn for your guests and include a parking attendant with every wedding

Can I bring in my own vendors?

Outside of catering yes! You are welcome to hire any and all licensed and insured vendors.  We also have a recommended list of vendors here you can choose from that we know and trust. 

Do you provide a wedding planner?

Yes we do!  We have a fabulous Month of Coordinator. We can also provide a list of recommended wedding planners if you prefer a more in depth planner.

Do you have a recommended vendors list?

We do!  These vendors are al licensed and insured and have worked with us in the past so they know our lay out and we trust them to do a fantastic job for you! 

Do you have deals with local hotels for our guests?

We do!  Ask us for that list after you book with us for up to 15% or more off your room costs. 

Can you tell me about your venue?

The Grand Ol' Barn is one of the last standing vintage citrus packing barns left on the east coast and it has been transformed to host unforgettable events.  Over 12,000 sq feet of climate controlled space that holds a ceremony suite, a ballroom, a cocktail hall and a bridal and groomsmen suite and including on site catering kitchen and floral studio.  Our roots run deep and our soul runs deeper and we include So much for your wedding day.  Decor, sweet tea bars, tables, chairs, arches and backdrops and so much more. We are pure joy, southern warmth and full of charm!  we believe that life and marriage is a beautiful adventure.

How does Catering work?

Catering is all taken care of on site.  Set up your personal and exclusive tasting with Chef Lee to choose your menu.  Competitive options starting from affordable menu's to plated black tie service. 

How do decorations work?

We have 4 styles of beautiful professional centerpieces available for you to use for your wedding.  We also have an incredible on site floral studio that can take care of all of your fresh floral designs. 

What is the rain plan?

We have an amazing rain plan due to the fact that we have a gorgeous all white ceremony suite that can be utilized if we have to move your wedding indoors.
